Allegheny housing market rising with lifting of pandemic restrictions

Pennsylvania was one of only a few states in the country where real estate services were considered non¬≠essential. Real estate businesses had to close their offices for the public. Some agents were able to work from home keeping in touch with home buyers and sellers. The real estate industry has been slowed due to restrictions on businesses to combat the spread of the coronavirus. On 19.06. Gov. Tom Wolf announced the new move to ease restrictions on real estate services allowing more home sales and other real estate transactions. This means in-person real estate transactions can resume, with some limits. Beside exercising social distancing, all in-person activities should be arranged and limited to no more than the real estate agent and two people inside a property at any time.
